Grace and Truth – poem

by | Consent Cycles, Good

A consent cycle on alignment with truth and grace

Orientation

Grace is already here.
Freely given.
Truth comes after, and something steadies.
Life can be met as it is.
I can see clearly.

Morning Alignment

This morning I receive before I strive.
I let grace come first.

I stop insisting.
Truth becomes visible.

I offer this day to what holds me
before I hold anything.

Evening Release

What was given today, I received.
What I grasped, I release.

What held me today
asks nothing in return.

I sleep.
